Create Space for Healing
Often we learn poses or stretches but don’t necessarily know which ones are most appropriate for our specific needs. This is where a private session can help. Identifying your limitations, strengths, dysfunctions and weakness, I then guide you to movements that will assist your specific body needs. We may utilize different types of yoga (yin, restorative, hatha, vinyasa), qigong, or sports stretching/strengthening exercises. An emphasis on breath is important in this work and breath work will be incorporated.
