Hello and welcome to the blog of Breathing Space Therapies. I am Amy Wiltgen, a massage therapist for 16 years, a registered 200 Hour Yoga Instructor (and soon to be 500 Hour - July 2021), and also a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
My desire and intent is to share information on helping you breathe space into your body, mind, environment and life. To create space for healing, creativity, authenticity, personal and professional growth, and creating and maintaining an active balanced lifestyle in a pain-free body. I will share my professional discoveries and my personal healing journey.
My hope is to fuel a community of others interested in holistic living, nourishing their bodies, creating healthy sustainable habits and behaviors and reaching for their goals and dreams. While sharing my own stories and research to inspire others to connect and create community on how we can each bloom in our own ways and timeframes but learn from one another and support each other in our journeys.
